About Us

After over two and a half decades in the energy industry trying to create wealth that we could pass on to generations to come, my wife and I ventured into the world of real estate. Since 2014, we have owned and self-managed multiple single-family homes. Throughout this journey, we realized that real estate investing is  the most secure, sustainable source of passive income to support our goal of financial freedom.

Although successful, single-family home investments depend solely on our capital, with no partnerships, leading us to wonder what other avenues exist for wealth accumulation. We then  began investing in multifamily apartments to further diversify our cash flow and increase our returns on investment.

We developed momentum and are now on track for faster growth. To this end, we have immersed ourselves in the multifamily real estate ecosystem through Brad Sumrok’s Apartment Investment Mastery program. We partner with like-minded investors, and we’ve taken on syndication roles: we are proud to be Limited Partners in deals totaling approximately 4600+ doors and General Partners in just under 780 doors.
